Frame construction:
Main frame made of high-quality steel tube, welded for firmness and deformation resistance, with electrostatic spray coating
(antibacterial paint, durable and chemical-resistant).
Side rails: 40×60 mm and 30×60 mm square tubes, thickness 1.2 mm.
Main connectors: 3 mm cold-rolled steel plate, stamp-formed.
Bed surface: thickened high- quality stainless steel plate, load capacity ≥200 kg.
Side rails: ABS hydraulic folding side rails with hydraulic support and soft descent cushioning.
Bed outer frame: High- density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, integrally blow- molded.
Drive system: Two drive shafts on the bed surface, surrounded by a durable, wear-resistant conveyor belt that can rotateforward and reverse. Stainless steel push handles installed at both ends for easy maneuvering.
Power supply: Built-in high- capacity lithium battery; 6- hour charge enables approximately 150 patient transfers.
Motor: Silent, high- power motor with high performance and low noise; stable output, long service life.
Casters: Equipped with 8-inch medical- grade silent universal casters – resistant to acids, alkalis, corrosion, and tangling,
non-rusting. Central-lock brake pedal provides stable and reliable braking, smooth and quiet rolling, flexible movement,
anti-jolt design, and firm braking.
Standard accessory – IV pole (1 piece):
(1) Four standard hooks, retractable/foldable.
(2) Material: stainless steel tube frame with resin upper/lower locking components.
(3) Damping device: allows the IV pole to descend slowly; height adjustable via rotating the upper/lower locking components.
